Kai and the team at Pioneer Landscaping did a fantastic job giving our front yard a new set of sod! The transformation is so remarkable that many of our neighbors told us it looks great and asked if we were getting ready to move. We happily told them no, we are planning on enjoying our new lawn for many years to come! 😀

JP and team were awesome to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to personally meet with me and understand the full scope of what we were hoping to do. He listened, planned carefully, and even helped spot issues I hadn't thought about like potential drainage issues. Honestly, I met with other contractors whose initial bids were lower, but I didn't really trust they'd turn out that way. Those people didn't put the same effort into understanding the scope of the project, which means more issues would have come up that we hadn't discussed, which would have meant more time and costs down the road. With the other companies, everything felt much more rushed and surface level. With Pioneer, I was much more confident that they got it. No project goes without some hiccups, but the team was responsive to my questions throughout and help navigate any potential headaches. We're so pleased with how our project turned out and would enthusiastically recommend Pioneer!
