He listened, planned carefully, and even helped spot issues I hadn't thought about like potential drainage issues. Honestly, I met with other contractors whose initial bids were lower, but I didn't really trust they'd turn out that way. Those people didn't put the same effort into understanding the scope of the project, which means more issues would have come up that we hadn't discussed, which would have meant more time and costs down the road. I had yard clean up and hydro seeding. They are fast and really good at what they do. They cleared a lot of debris, smoothed and hauled in fill. Seed is already growing. I am very happy with the service they provided.
